Bought this for my mom who loves puzzles. I needed it shipped last minute and Mark went above and beyond to get it to me before my mom's birthday. He was so responsive and kept me up to date on the progress. The item is super beautiful handcrafted wood with a vibrant blue finish and the inscription looks great. The puzzle itself is also a fun challenge, and I like that it has the three different elements to make it more challenging. Overall such a fantastic experience ordering from a small business owner. Planning on purchasing another one for my puzzle loving best friend for Hanukkah later this year. Thanks Mark!
